The situation took a turn for the worse the streets of Atlantic City over the weekend at Harrahs Resort. It appears that there was a huge real estate conference taking place with hundreds of mortgage real estate lenders and real property investors were present.
There are reports that claim some people were giving the convention shit , saying that it was an Ponzi Scheme, while others believe it was a result of the numerous parties that were held all over Atlantic City leading up to the convention. Maybe they were told that they’re in a dying business and that it’s much simpler to get online and use platforms like Zillow to purchase a home? Not sure.
What is the cause actually was, but all I can say is that we’ve got an entire group of real estate professionals with big egos and are older than they should be with each other, beating one another while a group of rats record on their smartphones.
Additionally, I do not consider myself a “chair guy” in a fight. People who sit back to take a chair and then jump into the fight and begin to hit people who are already down are the most vile types of people.
In between the chairs people and those on the opposite end of the fence, more specifically the guy on the opposite part of the fence. He later sucker punches one guy while pretending to be part of the fight. I’m not happy with what I’m seeing.
